For Eneco, one of the largest producers and suppliers of natural gas, electricity and heat in the Netherlands, we reshaped the onboarding process showing the stages new customers have to go through after signing up and how their monthly fee is calculated. Customers know what awaits and are no longer surprised during their welcoming process.
