Wonam aims to create a housing portfolio with affordable, free-sector rental homes in the Amsterdam and Utrecht region. Currently, more than 3,000 homes have either been realized, are under construction or in development. Karsp is one of their recent projects, a former office building turned into a building site for 274 mid-rental properties in Amsterdam Southeast. To offer a better overview of its unique location and everything Amsterdam has to offer within short distance a fully animated and interactive campaign was created in co-creation with FPW. A 3D-rendering of the new building works as the center of the landing page and can be rotated by the user. Every direction shows different points of interest this specificities region in Amsterdam has to offer.
